After a hard fought out 20 over match the Village Cup returns home to Copford Cricket Club. A big thank you to everyone who played, who came to watch, who helped at the bar, on the BBQ or running the match (and providing medical assistance) and for those who donated raffle prizes. Also to The Alma PH who provided a barrel of beer and a raffle prize.

Our thanks to Jim French and Neil Ford for organising their teams and despite an injury in the very last over, the 2 teams played in good spirit.

The Cricket Club will be making a donation to the Essex Air Ambulance charity from the raffle draw money.
